The APT track is designed for university graduates and young professionals who want to gain structured, hands-on professional training in a real U.S. work environment. This is not a tourist visa or a study program — this is genuine professional development that builds your resume, your network, and your career.

You work alongside American professionals in your field, experience the U.S. workplace firsthand, and return home with internationally recognized experience that sets you apart.

Intern Track:

Currently enrolled in a degree program or within 12 months of graduation
Training duration: 3 to 12 months
Training must be directly related to your field of study
Must have a confirmed U.S. host organization

Trainee Track:

Minimum 5 years of combined education and professional experience in your field
Training duration: 3 to 18 months
Training must be related to your career field
Must have a confirmed U.S. host organization

Track 2 — ACE: American Camp Exchanges

Spend Your Summer
in America

The ACE program connects international young adults with American summer camps as counselors. You spend the summer living on campus, working with American children and youth, experiencing genuine American life, and building friendships and memories that last a lifetime.

This is one of the most accessible, affordable, and genuinely transformative ways to experience the United States — with accommodation, meals, and a weekly stipend all included.

Program Details:

Duration: Summer season — typically late May through mid-August
Location: Summer camps across the United States
Visa: J-1 Exchange Visitor Visa
Accommodation: Provided by the host camp — on-site housing
Meals: Provided by the host camp
Stipend: Weekly stipend paid by the host camp
Activities: Cultural exchange activities, excursions, and camp-wide events included

What You Will Do:

You work as a camp counselor — supervising activities, leading groups, mentoring young Americans, and participating in the full camp experience. Activities vary by camp and may include sports, arts and crafts, outdoor education, swimming, leadership programs, and more.

Who Is This For:

Ages 18 to 28
Experience working with children, youth, or in recreational settings
Strong English communication skills
Enthusiastic, energetic, and adaptable personality
Genuine interest in cultural exchange and American life

The J-1 Exchange
Visitor Visa

The J-1 Exchange Visitor Visa is a non-immigrant visa issued by the U.S. government for cultural exchange participants. It is one of the most straightforward U.S. visas to obtain when properly supported.

Required documents typically include:

Valid passport
DS-2019 Certificate of Eligibility — provided by your sponsor through Edu2Future
SEVIS fee payment confirmation
Completed DS-160 online visa application
Visa interview at your nearest U.S. embassy or consulate
Proof of ties to your home country
Financial proof

Step 4 — Visa Documentation

Visa Documentation

We prepare your DS-2019 and all J-1 visa documentation. You pay the SEVIS fee and attend your embassy interview.

Step 5 — Pre-Departure

Pre-Departure

We provide a full pre-departure orientation covering what to expect, what to bring, and how to prepare for your time in America.

Step 6 — Arrive & Experience

Arrive & Experience

You arrive in the United States and begin your program. Our team remains available throughout.

Frequently asked questions

No. We match you with a suitable host camp as part of the placement process.
Yes. APT participants must have a confirmed U.S. host organization. We provide guidance on finding and securing a host.
ACE participants receive accommodation and meals from the host camp. APT participants are responsible for their own accommodation.
J-1 participants typically return to their home country after the program. Some tracks have a two-year home residency requirement before applying for certain other U.S. visas. We advise on this during the application process.
Extensions may be possible depending on program track, sponsor approval, and host organization agreement.
Strong conversational English is required for both tracks. ACE participants work directly with American children so clear communication is essential.
